All completed orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day, any orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note, that while every effort is made to get your products to you as quick as possible, Royal mail can take anywhere between 24hrs to 3 and sometimes 4 days for small parcels, and while this is not a perfect situation, It is beyond our control. - If you receive your item and it is not in a satisfactory condition, or is defective in any way please contact our customer service team on 01262 228998 (Lines open between 8:30am – 17:00pm) or email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any claims made after this time will not be considered. Please retain the defective goods, as we may request photographic evidence of the fault or batch information in order to investigate your claim.
- If we request for you to return your goods, please send these to BigJuiceUK Quality Control, Unit B3 Bessingby Industrial Estate, Bridlington, YO16 4SJ. Inside the parcel please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Please retain your postage receipt as we will need this in order to reimburse you.
- Once we receive your items back we will carry out an investigation by testing and inspecting the product. If the item is defective you will be offered a refund or exchange for an item of your choosing for the same value. We will also refund you the postage costs you incurred to return the product to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns based on taste preference, we would advise our customers to purchase a smaller bottle of the flavour before committing to larger orders.
